Thankful For SoMany Things

This is a time of year for thanksgiving. Many may think it is hard to be thankful when you are having trials. But I have SO much to be thankful for. I've got a wonderful loving husband, who would go to the ends of the world with me and for me. An amazing healthy little boy, that is the life and light of Matthew and my world. Yes we have our struggles with Matt being out of work, but we still do have a steady income and a warm place to call our own. We have dependable vehicles, food on our table (or tv trays), clothes and shoes to wear, good health...the list could go on and on. Although I am extremely greatful for my wonderful little family, I'm more greatful for my Heavenly Father who has blessed me with all these things. The fact that he sent me Matthew (twice) is a blessing in itself. The fact that we have the chance to someday go to the temple, and be sealed for the eternities. Along with our amazing son, and any other kids God may bless us with. I'm also greatful for amazing parents that have raised me in the gospel and have raised me so strong in life itself. My parents are truely amazing people. There is so much I could list here, but these are a few of the things I have been truley blessed with. I LOVE YOU MATTHEW AND RIDGE!!! :)

Can you believe it? Yesterday was our ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY. We made it! ....Its been a wonderful year. I truly could not ask for a better man to spend my life with...and eventually the eternities with. Matthew is so amazing, such a wonderful husband and dad. I'm very grateful daily for him in my life. I'm glad he found his way back to me :) ... Well, for our one year, we went "wheeling" to the place that we went on our second date, and the place Matt asked me to marry him (Farmington Canyon). We went up there and played for a bit, while Grandma Claudia watched Ridge for us. . . . I love you Matthew, with all my heart! I'm looking forward to MANY, MANY more years with you, and I can't wait for the day we can be sealed together and to our wonderful 'Little Man', and any other children Heavenly Father sees fit to bless us with.

Our activities for this Halloween season Started off with going to a Ward Halloween party, on Friday, October 30th. They had a Chili kick off, and games and activities for the kids. Then the following night, we got dressed up and went to visit family. Started out by visiting my mom, then my grandparents, after which we went to Matt's aunt and uncle's house for chili, then ended up at Claudia's place (mother-in-law). It was a fun time, but long for a 6 month old. He was so cute in his cop outfit, while Matt and I were the inmates Ridge caught.
